Russia names Steven Seagal as a Special Envoy of United States

Russia Foreign Ministry announced the appointment on Facebook and on Saturday, the Associated Press reported.

Seagal's do  "would facilitate the position relationship between Russia and the United States in the field of Humanities, including cooperation in culture, arts, youth and foreign public. "

Like Putin, Seagal is an expert in Judo, as well as Karate and Akido.

66 year-old star's "Marked to die " is given citizenship of Russia in 2016 and defend the policy in Putin, including combining 2014 Crimea.

Germany banned Seagal from entering the country, citing national security concerns.
